Due to the Coronavirus international emergency, Colnago Cycling Festival Organizing Committee takes position: in agreement with the competent authorities and in light of what is happening in Italy and worldwide, we have decided to postpone the date of the Colnago Cycling Festival to October 2nd,3rd,4th, 2020.
We believe that the current situation does not allow the complete safety of the event and the health of the participants, and this aspect is a essential priority for us. Besides, further complicating feasibility, the blocking of flights to Italy has been declared, and this would have prevented the participation of all members coming from abroad.
That of the O.C., local administrators and private sponsors, a month after the event, has been a difficult choice, but necessary in such a delicate moment. We are sure that you can understand our choice and be with us on October 2nd, 3rd, 4th to live the Festival in a certainly safer moment. Given the emergency situation in which we are finding ourselves due to the situation derived from the covid-19 for which we have postponed the Colnago Cycling Festival we propose two solutions for those who are NOT able to participate on October 4th:
1) Keep the registration without participating, pick up the RACE PACK X-BIONIC DRYARN or request shipment indicating the necessary data.
2) Reimbursement of the registration fee (single or combined) with a reduction of 15 euros for secretarial and banking expenses. We invite you to provide us with your name and iban where to make the refund.
The refund will be made by 30.07.2020.
3) "freeze" the registration for the following year by indicating the request by email to be kept and re-submit it when the 2021 registration opens so that the O.C. can verify and re-establish regular registration.
We would like to point out that we have postponed the GF Colnago in order to protect all participants by adhering as closely as possible to ministerial regulations, which are also in continuous evolution.
